  • Function as a large work unit receptionist providing information to and greeting visitors and the general public.
  • Operate a multi-button telephone system.
  • Receive incoming calls, announce callers, take messages and refer caller to appropriate sources.
  • Place and complete calls as requested.
  • Receive, open, date-stamp, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
