Training & Labor Relations Manager
  • Act as Company advocate in negotiations with union in collective agreement negotiations, interpreting the collective agreement and managing grievances and arbitration cases.
  • Manage salary administration for all employees, by ensuring that compensation policies are adhered to and process annual increments for management and non-union staff.
  • Manage the writing and revision of job descriptions and perform job evaluation.
