    • Attend daily pre-shift meetings and carry out assigned work loads as directed by shift/area leaders.
    • Communicate with tool room manager and tool room Area/Shift leaders, and other plant personnel about tool room concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.
    • Assist in the implementations and improvement of effective preventive maintenance programs for all tooling equipment.
    • Follow and support SWEETS Manufacturing's, including: operating under its principles by treating all associates equally, fairly and with dignity and respect without favoritism.
    • Ensure all documentation is maintained, including associate documentation.
    • Work with vendors and/or contractors, displaying company values of honesty and integrity.
