    • Seek and welcome new members to the SDTC, interpreting rules and settling disputes among members, handling complaints and requests, assisting members in finding sufficient playing time, and explaining the privileges and responsibilities of those members who are court captains.
    • Serve as editor of the SDTC Newsletter distributed to the Indoor Tennis Club membership. The ITC Newsletter includes, but is not limited to, notices regarding changes in Center hours, clinics, closings due to home football games, and articles regarding the intercollegiate men's and women's tennis teams.
    • Assist with the design and implementation of the annual SDTC Membership Drive.
    • Establish a marketing plan to meet membership and revenue goals.
    • Coordinate with the Doves Stadium Complex Coordinator the overall housekeeping of the courts, lobby, offices, club and tennis teams locker rooms, and the overall maintenance of the Center to include reporting the need for replacement of playing court light bulbs, court surface problems, torn netting, damage to empire chairs, etc.

    • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the SDTC Front Desk Personnel (attendants) with emphasis on exceptional customer service to the Indoor Tennis Club membership.
