    • Serve as a knowledgeable TRELLIS circulation resource person to library clients and other staff in the Library by dealing with fines-related issues, handling TRELLIS-related reports including Cognos and Racer reports, and providing TRELLIS and desk training for new casual staff.
    • Process course-related and other reserves materials for the reserves collection in the Library, communicate with other library staff on reserves-related issues, and maintain a firm understanding of copyright guidelines.
    • Provide scheduled circulation service and basic information service at the library's Public Services Desk.
