Senior Vice President Asset & Property Management
  • In concert with the CEO, provide support and guidance to the regional offices in the areas of portfolio management, including but not limited to: operations, tenant relations, accounting and financial reporting.
  • In concert with the CEO, work to establish an annual operations execution plan and to maintain "best practices and processes" in the regional offices.
  • Lead in the preparation of annual G&A budgets to reduce overhead and achieve regional expense control.
