Airport Operations Specialist
  • Schedule, supervise and assist, as required, in the operations, maintenance, and repair of airport buildings and facilities
  • Assist in conducting all FAR Part 139 required safety inspections, and maintain records of discrepancies and corrective action taken.
  • Close and open aircraft movement areas as conditions warrant
  • Issue and cancel Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs) as required.
  • Monitor airfield maintenance conditions, wildlife activity, and other airfield activities to ensure the protection and safety of aircraft operations areas.
