Guidelines for Article Submission:

Articles must pertain to employment, employees, career, employment resources, human resources, recruiting, hiring practices, or home-business.
Articles are to be no more than 1000 words in length.
Articles may be edited for length or content.
All articles must be original in content.
By submitting your article you are granting full permission to JobBank USA for publication.
Credit will be given to the author and a link provided to their web site.

releases, and print publications termed "written for JobBank USA" for an unlimited period.

2. I certify that I am the copyright owner of the original material I have submitted and will retain all copyrights to my material.

3. I understand that appropriate attribution and a link to my web site or e-mail will be included with any of my material used by JobBank USA.

4. I will not infringe upon or violate any copyright laws concerning the material I submit.

5. I agree to hold JobBank USA, harmless in any legal action that may be pursued in any court of law regarding the material I submit, or claims of personal injury.

6. I agree to be held solely responsible for any damages including court costs, that may be required to be paid in conjunction with any claims that may be brought for personal injury or copyright infringement.

7. I understand that JobBank USA retains the right not to use any material that promotes discrimination, hate, violence or is considered adult only content. I understand that any material that has been deemed unsuitable, will not be accepted for use in the site.

8. I understand and agree that no monetary compensation is offered for the use of any material I submit for use in the site.

9. I understand that either party for any reason may terminate this agreement at any time, with a four week written notice of intent to terminate.

10. I understand this agreement will remain in effect until termination by either party.
