ACQUISITION REPRESENTATIVE/ NEW BUSINESS
Acquisition representatives are expected to handle both inbound and outbound call functions and provide an overview of the AARP Healthcare Options benefits and services. Additionally, the Acquisition representative will send information packages to individuals who are interested in enrolling in one of our insurance products. Coverage options include Comprehensive Insurance for member s ages 50-64, Medicare Supplement plans, Long Term Care, and Dental Plans. Acquisition representative have an intricate role in the customer experience and the growth of our business.
DETAILS
Classes begin September 24, 2007, full-time hours are 9:55 am to 6:35 pm
PAID training period for 7 weeks (3 weeks classroom and 4 weeks on-the-job training)
Training hours: 9:55 am to 6:35 pm
Ability to work approximately 2 3 Saturdays per quarter
Competitive Base Salary of $25,000 to $27,000 annually additional bonus incentives paid out monthly (Opportunities for employees in good performance standing)

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to identify customer needs by using Listen, Acknowledge, Make a statement, Ask a Question technique
Confident and persuasive with strong verbal communication skills
Data Entry Requirement Minimum of 4500 keystrokes per hour
Flexible and receptive to frequently changing programs, procedures and priorities
Ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly
Technically savvy, experienced using PC in Windows 2000 environment, Siebel application experience a plus!
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task
Bilingual Spanish skills a plus which will earn extra compensation!
