We are currently hiring for seasonal agents to work from home. As a seasonal agent you will be required to work every upcoming holiday. In addition, all of our positions require you to work weekends. This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to make extra income during the upcoming seasonal months. All from the convenience of your own home!! No more commuting to work!!
DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for effectively and professionally servicing customers as specified by the client's project and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call/email -handling procedures
Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects
Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested
Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance
Knowledge of MS-Office products: Mail, Word &Excel
Telephone courtesy skills
Computer knowledge
Data entry ability
OTHER:
Work in an office environment
Manual dexterity and motor coordination ability
Eye coordination ability
MUST BE AVAILABLE for varied shifts; including weekends and holidays
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Must be able to interact effectively with all employees
Must be able to represent TeleTech professionally with all customers
