This fast-paced position requires you to have a quiet workplace in your home, free of outside noise, where you will answer and solve customer enquiries using your home computer. Your home computer must meet our technical requirements and you need to have high speed Internet access, preferably broadband, and a traditional phone line. There is absolutely no telesales or outbound calling involved.

You will gather customer information, assess and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer as necessary to prevent the need for future contacts, and thoroughly document the reason for the call. Some customers will be challenging and you must be able to remain calm and resolve their problems in the most professional manner. These calls are the cornerstone of establishing positive client relationships and long-term loyalty.

All positions are part time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and you can select from our variable list of shift times to create a schedule that works for you. No more wondering what to wear to the office, juggling family commitments, spending your wages on petrol or navigating rush hour.

Requirements
Technical Requirements:

ADSL of high speed Internet connection

Landline telephone service

Personal computer with 1GHz processor or better

PC compatible with at least 256MB of memory

Minimum graphic resolution of 1024x768

At least one available USB port

SKILLS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of MS-Office products: Mail, Word &Excel

Telephone courtesy skills

Computer knowledge

Data entry ability
