Job Description .

Growing call center needs 1st and 2nd shift employees to work from home!!!
We currently have agents working from home using the latest VoIP phones that we provide!!!

Our business delivers the highest quality inbound technical support, customer service and pre-sales assistance. Our clients provided internet based telephone and voicemail services to small business customers.

***We do not provide collections or telemarketing services, 99% of our calls are inbound. This is NOT a cold-calling, boiler-room or sales-commission environment!

Starting pay is $11/hour...slightly higher if you're an individual contributor with leadership qualities...or have previous team leader experience in a call center.

Available schedules include:

1st Shifts are 9 hours 5 days a week M-F*, and start between 8 and noon
2nd Shift is 8 hours 5 days a week M-F*, 4:00 PM to Midnight
* some holidays may be required.

Work at home candidates MUST:

Have a late model PC and consistent DSL (NOT cable) connection
Have a quiet work area without distractions from TV, family, pets, etc.
Be able to work independently
Be able to train at our facility near 441 and Hillsboro for 1-2 weeks 10am-6pm

Excellent communication skills in English and a positive customer-friendly attitude is a must! We hire people based on their friendly personalities and interest in working with people first and technology second.

No call center experience required, but a technical aptitude and the interest and ability to learn is necessary. An interest in dealing with the public is the most important skill.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but excellent spoken and written English skills are required.

A good track record and solid references are also a must...attendance and punctuality are important when a team is relying on you so we do check references from previous work history.
