OmniDirective LLC is a national IT Consultancy looking for dynamic, aggressive and team-oriented Account Managers/Technical Recruiters to work with our headquarters, located in the Chicago area seeking someone in the Phoenix area. This is a 100% telecommute position but it would be a plus if you lived in the Valley area to call on local companies. Analytical skills, ethical standards and creativity should be extremely high as an account manager. You should be able to think strategically and be capable of negotiating decisively with a client or candidate.
Ideally, you'll have the following:
* Proven ability to sell staffing solutions; contract placement, consulting (IT Staffing is preferred)
* 2+ years of proven sales experience
* Possess a 'Rolodex' of potential clients
* Desire to earn in excess of $200K per year
* Experience working from virtual home office
