Description
We are looking for a rainmaker! Seville Flexpack Corp. located in Oak Creek, WI is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging material, is currently carrying out a major expansion. We are investing in brand new, multimillion dollar equipment, which allows our customers unique and creative ideas for their packaging. As part of our growth strategy we are hiring several Sales Reps for the following territories Northeast, Midwest, Southeast and West.
Reporting the Global Sales Manager, the sales reps primary responsibilities will focus on developing and maintaining a sales territory by calling on previous contacts or cold calling. Work from home for a company that is truly committed to being a force in the industry.
To the qualified candidate, we offer:
$50K to $70K base uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
Closing $1MM in sales in year one, $3MM in year two
Develop and maintain sales territory
Work from home office
Cover multi state territory
Implement sales strategy
Manage daily sales toward agreed upon goals
Requirements
4 year degree
3 or more years experience selling within the flexible packaging industry
Stable work history
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Suite and contact management systems
Highly motivated
