CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We are looking for a Remote TSM Support Technician!
Title: Remote TSM Support Technician (work from home!)
***3 - 5 years experience***
Education: BA or equivalent
These positions are AWS 12 hour (both day and night) shift schedules that rotate quarterly. The night shift is an N2 shift starting Wednesday night at 7pm to 7:30 am. One week will be 36 hours (Wed night through Sat morning, and the next week 48 hrs from Wed night through Sun morning.) The day shift is alternating 12 hr days 7am to 7:30 pm. One week is Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday for 36 hours and the following week is Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday for 48 hrs.
Provide client support for TSM backup and recovery. Responsibilities include monitoring and mitigating backups across all environments and performing restores. Creating report daily and attending customer meetings to discuss backups and backup status.
