Job Description: One of the fastest-growing hotel companies based on the West Coast of the U.S., is currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations. This person will directly report to the CEO, and assist in all facets of Guest Service, Operations, Revenue Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance and the overall growth of it's Team Members. This position will serve as the primary contact for hotels within the region for operations, sales and marketing, hotel initiatives and issue resolution. Strong emphasis in analyzing of information, rate setting and revenue/inventory management.
Ability to seek out new hotel growth opportunities in an effort to grow the business.
This is a New York area based position, but candidate may work from home anywhere on the East Coast of the U.S., near a major airport hub city. .
Job Requirements: * Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong computer skills a must.
* Detailed orientated.
* Must be committed.
* Must have a "can do" attitude.
* Able to exceed the expectations of our guests and our team members.
* Ability to work independently.
* Must be a decisive, educated facilitator experienced in resolving conflicts.
* This position includes regular travel within the U.S. states.
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager and/or Regional Manager in the Hospitality industry.
