Job Description
Qualifications:
DB Healthcare is looking for a Technical Recruiter with healthcare technology OR clinical recruiter with technology experience. The Recruiter reports to the director of sales and recruiting and is primarily responsible for the following:
. Use proven recruiting - technical or healthcare background to develop and grow candidate pool by selling our services for contract and permanent staffing solutions.
. Recruit, interview and place highly skilled Healthcare IT and Clinical Informatics professionals.
. Responsible for enhancing DB Healthcare presence in the marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
. Strategize with the group to accomplish periodical business growth goals.
As a member of DBH team, candidate will receive a competitive base salary; commissions, bonus opportunities; medical and dental benefits; 401k; and paid-time off.
Work Location
If you are not local to MASSACHUSETTS, we would like this candidate to work from home office with a committment to meet in person 2-3 times a month.
