STATE OF ARIZONA AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) will be testing for the following position: Program Services Evaluator I (Eligibility Interviewer) Great medical &dental benefits, work from home, flexible hours, retirement plan, salary increase after probation WHEN: Friday September 14, 2007 WHERE: AHCCCS, 701 E. Jefferson, Phoenix, Az. TIME: 8:30 a.m. (Registration begins at 7:30) Please arrive one hour early for each session (7:30 am) to complete paperwork before the test begins. Job Description: Salary range $25,844 to $30,652 Responsible for the determination of financial eligibility of applicants for KidsCare &Long Term Care. Includes interviewing applicants and/or their representatives. May require driving. Desired qualifications: Must pass written test in English &have one year of customer service or related public contact work exp. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Ideal candidate will have computer skills. You are required to bring a copy of your resume and picture identification, and a calculator (if desired) with you at time of testing. Candidates must have an account created at www.azstatejobs.gov with a resume uploaded to their account. Please note: The test will be limited to the first 100 registrants. AZ STATE GOVT-AA/EOE .
