Product Specialist - Help/Service Desk
International Company with offices in America seeks a Specialist with experience on the Help Desk in an IT Customer Support environment. This is a post sales position where you will be implementing, installing and deploying the company**s products. The role is a mobile one that requires heavy traveling within the US and occasional overseas travel/training with an option to work from home when not traveling. This is a dynamic, growing company with excellent benefits. Successful candidate must be highly energetic, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a self starter.
Requirements:
** Experience with Service Desk Products (e.g. Remedy, Heat, etc**)
** Knowledge and previous experience of one of the following databases ** SQL Anywhere, SQL Server, Oracle, MSDE
** Knowledge of NT, or Win 2000/Win 2003
** Knowledge and previous experience of Crystal Reports or Access
** Analytical skills for problem identification
** ITIL, IIS are pluses.
Required Skills:
Service Desk products (Remedy, Heat, etc...), SQL or Oracle, Windows NT/2000/2003, Crystal Reports or Access
