Founded in 1993, Doral is now one of the largest dental insurance administrators in the country, serving more than 9 million Members. Doral operates out of Mequon and Grafton, WI and is a division of Boston-based DentaQuest, one of the leading administrators of dental benefits in the country.
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Data Entry Operator to assist in the data entry of provider claims. Schedules offer some flexibility with hours starting as early as 1:00 PM. Specific job responsibilities include:
Consistently enter claims with a 1% or less error rate using Doral system software.
Enter Pre-Authorization documents accurately and efficiently.
Print Claim Summary Report and edit provider claims.
Make corrections to Claim Summary Report using Doral system software.
This position could provide candidates the opportunity to work from home after an in-office training period, however candidates must be able to work from our office located in Mequon, WI.
Successful candidates will have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, have 10 key experience, 8000+ kph, and knowledge of general computer software.
