Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to be a part of our team for this long-term temporary position. Our client is is a global technology leader driving growth and innovation in Health Sciences and Photonics markets to improve the quality of life. The Company reported revenues of $1.5 billion in 2005, has 8,000 employees serving customers in more than 125 countries. Although this is a "work from home" opportunity, the position is based in Northern, VT.

Position Responsibilities:
Call existing customers to discuss the company's online ordering process.
Sign customers up for online ordering.
Schedule appointments for E-Commerce Manager to meet with customers who would like to see a demo.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
This position is calling EXISTING customers only. NO COLD CALLING!
Minimum Qualifications include:
You must possess strong communication skills, customer service skills and basic sales skills.
You must be experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word.
You must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
You must be able to multi-task and the initiative to take on special projects.
You must have a high school diploma or equivalen
