Candidate should have 5 years of clinical experience with 1-2 years of Informed Health Line, Case Management or Disease Management experience.
Knowledge of Healthwise Knowledge base and eTUMS desired.
Candidates should be willing to be flexible with scheduling. Work from home a possibility for qualified employees after 1 year of service.
