Posting Job Description; SUMMARY
This personâ s primary roll will be to assist internal callers with IT related requests. In addition the candidate will generate reports and perform admin functions associated with a call tracking software. They may at times be required to travel to the different Time Warner Cable locations for training or onsite support. RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems over the phone. Perform checks and monitor systems and applications. Create daily reports and training material. On some occasions travel within the NYC area for training, projects and troubleshooting. On call 24/7, flexible with schedule in order to cover for NOC associates as necessary. Must be able to work from home. Assist the manager and supervisor with projects and tasks as necessary. Education, Experience and Skills: Excellent communication, written and prioritization skills, highly motivated and detailed, works well with others, team player. Bachelors degree in MIS. Must have a basic understanding of I.T hardware and software applications. A+/Network + certification a plus or equivalent experience. Specific schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-4pm (Must be flexible).
