Mortgage Advisor / Loan Officer 100% Commission Pay Out

On that note, the minimum requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor with UMAX are:
At least one year Full-Time employment in mortgage origination or wholesale lending
All required State Licensing and Bonding for your corresponding state
Outstanding understanding of the mortgage industry and your local Real Estate market
Excellent sales and consulting skills
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and government lending guidelines
PC literacy with Word, Excel, E-mail and the Internet
High School Diploma or GED
