Our client, a financial institution is in need of an inbound customer service representative to work in their call center dealing with their clients. Your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls and analyzing the needs of the customer as well as entering data received during the conversation.
This position also has the ability to work from home after the designated training period.
Some requirements for this position are:
- Call center experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Customer service background
