Provide telephone support to customers.
Perform implementations and product training
Attend industry events, training/seminars and team/company meetings.

Requirements:
1 - 2 years experience with software implementations.
Experience with Microsoft Great Plains or similar software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, terminal services, and Citrix helpful.
Knowledge of accounting principles helpful.
Bachelor s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to effectively communicate and train systems and processes to customers.
Must be able to speak English and be clearly understood over the phone with customers throughout the U.S.
Ability to work well under deadlines and perform duties with nominal direction.
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
