As a Mobile Sales Lender you will originate Home Equity loans (using the new Blackberry wireless technology) in a variety of settings (Home and Garden shows, EFS events, CAW events, in-store partnerships and other sales venues as assigned). The lender will also have the ability and be expected to generate their own business through referral sources and other activities. Responsibilities include selling Chase Home Equity products, taking Home Equity applications from consumers, and providing them with on the spot application decisions. These primary responsibilities will be performed in compliance with all Federal and State policies and adherence to all HMDA requirements.

In this position, you will occasionally work evening and weekend hours to cover peak activity. This is a combination work from home/outsides sales position. Occasional out of state travel may be required. This position pays a fixed base of $30,000 with an uncapped incentive plan.

Qualifications .

Minimum of 2-3 years Home Equity or Mortgage origination experience required (3-4 years preferred).

Reliable transportation (position will require consistent travel to outside sales venues)

Extensive customer contact and experience with ongoing customer relationships

Self motivated, assertive, performs well in a competitive sales environment and interacts with customer and team members in a professional and personalable fashion

Problem Solving Skills

Knowledge of real estate market in local area is beneficial

PC skills required in a Windows environment

Strong presentation, planning, organization and follow-up skills

Excellent communication, probing and listening skills to uncover the customers needs

Proven track record of successful professional selling skills required
