Job Description:
They are looking for a Contract Manager for NH territory and one for the South Shore (not the Cape). You would work from home 2-3 days per week and then go into the office the rest of the time.
Negotiate, develop and design contractual provider arrangements including language and pricing methodologies. Evaluate contractual payment methodologies in order to determine financial risk to insurer and provider (per diem, capitation, discount from charge, DRG, case rate, etc.). Ensure the design production and distribution of site financial, utilization and customer service information and the production and completeness of annual site settlement reports. Interface between the Plan's Finance department and individual sites for budget, financial reporting and settlement arrangements. Perform quantitative analyses of various financial and clinical data in order to evaluate contractual decisions. Report performance of ongoing contractual arrangements to appropriate parties.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree with a Masters degree in Business Administratino, Healthcare Administration or Public Health or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in managed healthare environment with related work experience in provider contracting, healthcare finance or provider or patient relations. Experience in contract negotiations including structuring payment methodologies is preferred. Excellent analytical, writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Word, Excel and Access) essential
