Details are necessarily few as this work is all highly confidential. The schedule is somewhat flexible, with the option to work from home or from our office in Fremont an average of 3 days per week and on-site with the client team in Redmond 2 days per week.
In order to keep pace with the team, you should consider yourself an ActionScript Superstar. Proficiency in Flash, PhotoShop and Illustrator are necessary. Some JavaScript experience, a working knowledge of HTML and web-based design experience is also required. Experience in audio and video encoding and editing is a plus.
Your ability to collaborate closely with designers and developers is as important as your technical skills. Open communication with the team and the ability to self-manage your time and tasks are critical to everyone s success. If you are a quality monger and an innovative problem solver you will love this group.
