Our Field Reps install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and software devices used to collect television-viewing data. Managing a geographic assignment of numerous Nielsen households, our Field Reps provide stellar customer service to ensure a positive experience for our Nielsen Families. Position requires bending and lifting television sets.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL BE WILLING TO RELOCATE WITHIN THE NORTHEAST
This unique position with Nielsen Media Research offers the following:
• Work from home
• Non-traditional schedule including some nights and weekends
• Company car
• Comprehensive benefits package effective the first day of employment
• Laptop computer and printer
• 8 weeks paid training program near Tampa, Florida – temporary lodging and transportation provided • Compensation package with a base salary of $30,000 / year, Regional Pay Differential may apply depending on relocation location, paid overtime, plus incentives / bonuses bringing the annual salary potential into the mid to high 30s
• Bilingual candidates who qualify are eligible for a language differential
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Software systems aptitude and networking knowledge
• Computer skills including Windows based PC proficiency
• Self-motivated
• ABILITY TO RELOCATE
• Excellent organizational / time management skills
• Experience working with minimal supervision • Superior customer service skills
• Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred. Technical diploma, Certificate of Completion, Associates degree or military experience is a plus. High School diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) a plus
