Content Developer/Instructional Designer

We are currently seeing an experienced E-Learning Consultant who could take the role of Content Developer/Instructional Designer for a large Oracle implementation project. This person would work on a project team to design and develop e-learning content using STT Trainer. This person should be experienced in conducting learning needs analysis and developing course content, Responsibilities also include technical duties such as updating and publishing online information and content (Intranet and e-Learning courses).
Key Responsibilities:
To design, develop, and administer e-Learning solutions i.e., web-based learning, facilitator-led, blended courses, and virtual sessions. Key project will deal directly with the development of content/lessons for large ERP Implementations.
Skills/Experiences:
Proven experience/results in ERP training development tools (STT Trainer or OnDemand preferred)
This person should be experienced in conducting learning needs analysis, developing course content, facilitating diverse student groups, and using metrics to identify and track key success factors.
Experience training and developing e-learning content for ERP applications (Oracle a big plus)
Development of blended ERP learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training)
Proven track record in needs analysis, working with subject matter experts, and transforming content into performance-based, engaging online and/or classroom training.
Successful management of training projects involving distance relationships.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, accelerated learning techniques, needs analysis, and instructional design methods.
Strong computer skills including familiarity with popular authoring and graphic software.
Classroom presentation.
Creative problem solving skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in teams or independently.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet timelines.
Ability to analyze the functionality of an e-course for integrity, continuity, and attainment of objectives.
Ability to follow systemic procedures in a network architecture environment.
Some travel required.
