Description The Education Consultant (EC) is responsible for the oversight and succesful on-boarding and development of new Independent Agencies (IA), and other selected established Independent Agencies (IA) on an as needed basis. The EC is responsible for providing training and education (including technology) for the Company (Encompass, Allstate, and Deerbrook) within an assigned geographic area. This also includes communication and education on product and pricing within the assigned geographic area. ***This is a work from home position.
Qualifications The skills required are: 1. possess Property and Casualty product knowledge, 2. understanding of pricing, claims, local market planning, sales trend analysis, marketing data, and financial analysis. 3. knowledge of agent contracts, compliance requirements, Company policies and procedures. 4. ability to articulate, assemble, and deliver information. 5. ability to build and maintain business relationships through consulting and sales activities.
Experience Required: Sales leadership experience, training and education experience (curiculum design, development, and delivery), 4 year college degree preferred
Computer Proficiency: Experience using Company technology (Interlink, Triton, ALSTAR) and Microsoft Office products.
