Job Responsibilities:

Our Customer Service Representatives actively assist customers by phone to handle customer inquiries and determine the proper course of action to satisfy the customer.
DUBLIN OHIO LOCATION:
SCHEDULE: Monday -Saturday 3:30pm to midnight,
Sunday and one set day off during the week. These positions all have potential for earlier hours.
Requirements
Education Required: High School Diploma
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Windows-based environment
Excellent communication skills
Stable work history
Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
