** Outstanding communication skills exude polite, friendly and knowledgeable phone, email and chat demeanor
** Sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
** Possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills
** Able to successfully pass credit, criminal and business reference security checks
** Provide a quiet, professional work environment free of distraction
** Provide a reliable high-speed internet connection
