Customer Care Representative Job Description:
My client in Columbia, MD is in need of Customer Care Representatives to join their team! This positron is an inbound and outbound customer service position assisting customers with their debt consolidation needs.
The ideal candidate will have a solid 3 years of call center experience and that ability to work on a team as well as independently. This is a contract to hire position and has the potential to work from home after 90 days.
