Our client, located in Columbia, MD is in need of a Customer Care Coach that will be responsible for providing on-going support to clients. The Customer Care Coach utilizes refined listening and relationship building skills, along with an in-depth knowledge of services, procedures, products and systems, to help ensure the client's success on the prescribed program by providing outstanding customer service.
Available Schedules:
o 4 positions M-F, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
o 4 positions M-F, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
This position pays $12.00 per hour and is contract to hire.
