Business Development Manager, Corporate Training Solutions and Services
Clarity Consultants specializes in the placement of Learning and Development consultants on a national basis. Our high-end services are utilized by such organizations as Hewlett Packard, Wells Fargo Bank, Sun Microsystems, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Gap, KLA-Tencor and many more highly successful companies within the Fortune 1000. Our unique specialization in a high-growth marketplace is considered vital to many large corporate training organizations.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to prospect and develop clients within the Fortune 1000. This position requires a skilled and seasoned sales professional with a high level of sales acumen and the ability to prospect strategically and network effectively within corporate training and organizational development departments. A background in selling training solutions and/or consulting services to the Fortune 2000 is highly preferred.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
-Bachelor's Degree
-5 to 10 years of sales experience including strategic prospecting and cold calling at the Director, and VP level within the Fortune 1000
-Experience selling Training and Development Solutions and Services such as eLearning tools, Enterprise Learning Solutions, LMS or LCMS, or IT software sales
-Experience or exposure to recruiting and hiring practices within large corporations is highly desirable
-Must be a people person and a team player
-Rolodex of prior contacts in learning and development industry is highly desirable
-Have business acumen and vision to chart new territories and create business opportunities
