Bi-lingual Supervisor Needed for immeadiate @Home opening!
TeleTech@Home is the fastest growing division at TeleTech. As the name implies, TeleTech@Home employees are all home based and can be involved in a variety of roles; from customer service, to technical support, to sales. To support this growth we have an immediate need for an Operations Supervisor. As this is also a work from home position, you can be based anywhere in the United States.
You will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of our @Home Customer Service Associates. You will also manage to operational protocol by keeping management apprised to real-time situations. Frequently you will take escalated or complex calls from customers.
Specifically, you will:
Maintain a management presence by connecting with our remote @Home Associates, including:
o assisting with questions,
o taking advantage of on the spot coaching opportunities
o handling irate escalations as needed.
o coaching, evaluating, developing, and assisting @Home Associates regarding customer service skills and project related knowledge.
o recommending measures to improve @Home Associates productivity, equipment performance, project productivity, and quality of working environment.
o training @Home Associates on new or revised information relating to the services, products, or processes of the project, as well as changes or additions to company policy
Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with TeleTech s policies and any applicable laws. These responsibilities include:
o interpreting and enforcing company policies and safety regulations with @Home Associates.
o planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employee or client complaints and resolving problems, including resolution of work grievances or escalation of unsettled grievances to the project manager for action.
Partnering with the Quality department to ensure the achievement of company and client quality goals. Specifically you will work with the Quality Specialist and the Agent to evaluate the call and facilitate feedback.
Acting as a liaison between @Home Associates and the Operations Support Center to resolve issues relating to their attendance tracking and payroll.
You need:
o Associate s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience
o Supervisory skills
o Ability to interpret reports (Analytical skills)
o Proficient in working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
