Diversified Adjustment Service, a national collection agency based in the Twin Cities, is seeking a few highly motivated Account Executives to join our team. We are searching for ambitious, motivated and experienced sales representatives to work for our growing firm from their home offices. Sell collection services directly to businesses and professionals in your local geographic area or throughout the nation. Top consideration will be given to candidates living in the Midwest but we will consider any candidate who possesses the qualifications and qualities we require. Previous sales experience in the collection industry is preferred. Candidates must be self-disciplined and hard working.
Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, and selling the collection services Diversified provides. This position requires excellent organizational, follow-up, time management and written and verbal communication skills. The Account Executive must be goal oriented, self-motivated and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Comprehensive local training will help provide you with the tools necessary to achieve your personal financial goals. As an independent Account Executive sales representative, you will be highly commissioned with unlimited earnings potential, bonus programs, and may be eligible for full employee benefits including health insurance and a 401k plan.
