We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer. We need a person that is expert in the operation and implementation of the GRANITE SYSTEM, and trained in the ATT UVERSE - provisioning process, to work with the team to perform root cause analysis for Order Fallout. The candidate must understand IP provisioning and ATT UVERSE network topology. Additionally the candidate must possess knowledge of outside plant inventory.
The candidate will help analyze and maintain Service Fulfillment environment for Service Order Requests from order initiation to completion. The consultant will investigate and document conditions that impede flow through and provide recommendations to improve the process. . The consultant will also develop inventory correction scripts for the GRANITE SYSTEM when the solution is well defined and within the scope of work hours. The consultant will perform the duties in conjunction with system and process SME’s at a work from home remote site or occasionally onsite at the ATT or location as required for the performance of such duties.
Hours: Estimated 20 hours per week (PART TIME)
Travel: Minimal
