Our Director of L&D provides both strategic and tactical leadership to an existing team of outstanding L&D professionals. Director candidates must be college graduates with a minimum of 6-8 years of leadership (including staff management) in an OD/L&D role, plus advanced knowledge of all areas of L&D (including the development and implementation of e-learning and distance learning programs)
