Position Summary

This is a temporary role, for a period of up to 120 days, that will allow Thrivent Financial for Lutherans to test the concept of a non-traditional worker that is paid on a transactional basis which varies based on quality and completion rate.
This position is accountable for processing routine withdrawal and subaccount transfer service transactions. It also ensures service-related activities are performed quickly, accurately, cost-effectively and in compliance with internal service and state and federal regulatory standards.

Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

- Provide services as part of a self-managed work team. This includes flexing to provide functional coverage
- Analyze, approve, and provide high quality and timely service assuring strong member and field satisfaction
- Processing of routine service transactions
- Analyze and interpret member and field representative requests for service
- Maintain minimum productivity, quality and completion rate standards

Position Qualifications

- High school
- Zero to one years related experience
- Insurance and financial product knowledge is desirable
- Proficient keyboarding and PC knowledge
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Results oriented
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Good communication skills

Position Requirements

- Dedicated home office space
- Access to high speed internet requires successful completion of speed test
- Signed Non-traditional telecommuting authorization form must be on file
- Must live within 50 miles of the Ballard Rd. office
- Work 19 hours per week or less based on business need (may be requested to be available to cover unexpected work volumes or unplanned absences)for the pilot hours of availability must be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Participation in initial on-site training for a minimum training period of 3 weeks, 5 days a week, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. (work at home will begin only upon successful achievement of quality standards)base rate will apply during training period
- Maintain a flexible schedule and provide information about availability at least one week in advance
- Requires daily interactions with manager on the days scheduled to work
- Requires completion of data tracking spreadsheets utilized for workforce scheduling, compensation and quality monitoring
