Philadelphia Consulting Solutions provides human resource/recruitment services to almost every aspect of the IT community, including the pharmaceutical and regulatory industries, specialized development, electronic document management/publishing, and beyond.
Position Summary
The technical recruiter for Philadelphia Consulting Solutions will be responsible for the recruitment and placement of professionals within the pharmaceutical, regulatory, and I.T.fields. This will include, but not be limited to:
Identifying and acquiring qualified professionals to fill contract opportunities and permanent placement positions.
Business Development; Acquiring new clients in order to promote growth of the Philadelphia Consulting Solutions organization.
Helping to cultivate and maintain relationships among new clients and tech professionals.

Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years recruiting experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
