Description
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – BUILDING MATERIALS
COMPANY: Our client has been in business for more that sixty years, and they are one of the nation’s leading manufacturer of exterior residential and commercial building products. Widely respected for their innovative product development and their extensive continuous quality improvements, they are also well-known for the enduring relationships they have forged with their customers, suppliers, and, most of all, their employees.
POSITION: Our client seeks a sales representative to sell their products to one step building material distributors. This person will be based in Northern California and will cover the surrounding area. This position has a generous base salary, and a lucrative commission plan (which exceeds $100,000 at plan), a matching 401K plan, a company car, a laptop, a cell phone. This person will work from a home-based office and will travel overnight 30% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS: Our client seeks 4+ years of successful outside sales experience in exterior building materials, preferably in roofing products. A bachelor’s degree is also preferred.
