Job Description
Sales/Marketing position – Full Time or Part Time
We are looking for independent sales people that are willing to work from home [part time or full time] marketing a cutting edge new product that can save homeowners in many cases in excess of $100 000 to $200 000 on their home mortgages without having to refinance or changes their livfestyle. We do not do mortgages.
The company is currently doubling in size every 90 days and the product is very well accepted in the marketplace with growing momentum. The company has just been awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by Ernst and Young in their sector of Financial Services in their area.
This is a “Commission Only” position, and the income ranges from nearly $1000 per sale to $1500 per sale. With bonuses, many of our agents are earning six figure incomes within the first year. The ramp-up time is relatively fast for those who take advantage of the company’s training program. Most will have a 25% or better closing ratio.
No previous experience is necessary. Our agents are from all walks of life including corporate executives, mortgage brokers, sales reps, real estate agents, financial planners, and housewives. We’re looking for people with personality, a heart to help others, and a willingness to learn something new.
Our clients are anyone with substantial debt like mortgages, loans and credit card debt etc.
The training is easy and you will work with a trainer as long as needed. Your background is not what will qualify you for this, but your ability to be teachable and apply some basic principles.
