CIO ASAP Consulting, a global consulting firm, has an opening for a rewarding Sales Director role (senior-level Sales/Business Development Executive) within our firm.
Reporting directly to the President, this will be a tremendously rewarding and unique career opportunity in a senior-level sales, business development and management capacity for the right candidate!
Very talented and successful sales/account executives in pertinent industries wishing to grow and consolidate their cumulative experience into a senior leadership role within a global consulting firm, under direct mentoring from company leadership, are encouraged to apply for consideration. An excellent track record may subsidize one or two years less experience.
Position details:
The Sales Director role is a senior-level sales/business development executive position with increasing leadership responsibilities within the region.
Commissions average $312,000 per annum plus $20,000 performance-based bonuses per annum on average for exceeding your targets (high potential for much more.) 25% net profit-sharing for all your sales - continuing for the life of every engagement - will ensure a very attractive package of6-figure earnings and generous performance-based bonuses. This will be a very rewarding career opportunity for the successful candidate. It will be a commission-based role!

Talented sales veterans in the consulting or staffing industry are encouraged to apply.
This role will feature home-office flexibility, requiring excellent organization, seasoned work ethic/discipline and superior time management skills.

Requirements
Report directly to and work with president to develop sales strategies and targets for thelocal market/geography, consistent with regional business development goals.
Execute on the developed strategies by driving sales to meet agreed targets.
Serve as primary liaison to the client (sales and relationship mgt.)
Perform oversight/engagement mgt. over your client's delivery teams.
Hire, lead and retain capable, competent and talented sales executives.
Develop competitive strategic and creative selling techniques and/or initiatives
Keep and grow a consistent pipeline of new, existing and repeat clients!
5 to 10 years sales experience required, with SMB and enterprise contacts/rolodex.
Services experience in the consulting, staffing and/or IT industry a huge plus!
Technology company contacts (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, HP, etc) highly desirable!
Prior consulting firm experience (big four, top/mid-tier and outsourcing) ideal!
This position will work from home and needs excellent time mgt. and organization.
Bachelors degree required. MBA or other advanced degree a huge plus!
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, great people skills a must have!!!
