Yashco Systems, Inc. is currently looking to hire DYNAMIC candidate who possesses EXCEPTIONAL, Sales, Customer Service, Time Management, Interpersonal and Organizational skills !!! Working for our Pittsburgh, PA office (Can work from home, but needs to be based at Pittsburgh, PA)
Job Requirements/Duties:
* 3+ years exp in recruiting and/or staff augmentation sales.
* 2+ years experience managing and growing base accounts.
* Responsible for creating and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
* Experience in selling IT Staffing solutions to existing and new clients.
* Prior experience in onshore/offshore software services or/and BPO solutions to medium and Small size businesses preferred.
* To be a single point of interface for all sales needs and execution.
* Exceptional communicational and negotiation skills
This candidate will use their exceptional SALES, networking, communication, people and industry background skills to establish new business. We are looking for 'outside the box thinkers', team players that thrives working in a VERY FAST paced environment with a desire to $$$ SUCCEED $$$.
Preference will be given to Sales Managers that have existing contacts with clients in the region
