Requisition No. 4144BR Title Relationship Manager II Job Description A Relationship Manager is the primary contact for FDMS merchants providing the role of a trusted advisor, consultant and market industry expert responsible for the overall successful relationship with the merchant as measured by retention, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction of their assigned portfolio. Relationship Managers perform the strategic, tactical and support functions for First Data Corporation, strengthening relationships across all business units within the Merchant Segment. ble to work independently with minimal supervision toward the achievement of personal and team goals. Communication on the executive level. This portfolio is for the states of New Jersey and New York and will require travel throughout the state.This position is home based. Candidate Requirements Strong analytical skills, positive attitude, team player, good organizational, planning and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented with good planning and problem solving skills whom willing to go the extra mile. Must be self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision toward the achievement of personal and team goals. Knowledge of merchant processing services, banking products, MasterCard/Visa rules and regulations, technical contract language, credit policies and product conversions is helpful. Also must have a valid drivers license, valid insurance and automobile.
