Job Description Work from home! Provide triage support for Aurora Visiting Nurse Association patients and families.
Screen incoming calls to assess the needs of the patient or family.
Assess patient response to treatments and apply appropriate interventions.
Communicate with physicians regarding plan of treatment.
Provide clinical support to field staff. .
General Qualifications
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) granted by the State of Wisconsin.
Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience beyond graduation in an acute care or home care setting.
