Project Manager State : New Jersey City : Franklin Lakes Shift : Qualifications : Experience/Education: . Undergraduate degree required . 3-5 years of experience in project coordination . 1-3 years of PBM and/or healthcare experience . Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and Microsoft Project (or similar tool) . Knowledge of Medcos clinical product and service offerings preferred, but not required
Skills/Attributes: . Ability to oversee multiple projects and provide updates to relevant team leaders. . Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills. . Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; client presentation experience a plus. . Excellent quantitative and analytical skills/ ability to interpret data. . Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and deadlines. . Self-starter; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. . Confronts and solves problems quickly, appropriately identifying and escalating issues. . Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and adjust to new directives. . Task oriented with ability to track and follow up on deliverables. . Understands companys organizational structure and is resourceful at finding information, or someone who can provide it. . Builds effective working relationships, collaborates with team members and external partners to ensure tasks are completed. . Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. . Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions . Manage multiple project deliverables from project scope to implementation. . Define and write requirements and functional specifications for projects. . Develop and manage Home Diagnostics project plan(s). . Partner, manage and coordinate activities between the business and technology teams across projects. . Develop and coordinate the timeline and calendar fir project meetings. . Monitor day-to-day work flow and approvals of projects. . Measure project development/effectiveness, financial performance (inclusive of budget input/analysis) and savings throughout the project. . Provide input and help drive the strategic planning of projects. . Continuously work with department program owners and internal/external clients to define changing requirements.
